During peak seasons, promotional periods, or high-demand times, processing may take up to 5 business days.
2. Shipping Fee
We offer a simple and transparent shipping structure:
Flat Shipping Fee: $6.90 per order
No hidden shipping fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped, except in cases of our error or verified defective items.

4. Tracking Information

6. Order Changes & Address Updates

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as Delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first to file a claim or request delivery confirmation.
RoadVanta will assist when possible, but resolution is subject to carrier confirmation. Once a package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, refund or replacement eligibility may be limited.
8. Split Shipments
For multi-item orders:
Items may ship separately
Tracking information may be provided for each shipment
No additional shipping fee will be charged for split shipments
9. International Shipping
We ship to most international destinations.
Please note:
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee
These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority
Customers are responsible for all applicable import fees
Customs delays are beyond our control and may affect estimated delivery times.
10. Delivery Responsibility
Once a shipment is marked as Delivered by the carrier:
Responsibility transfers to the recipient
RoadVanta is not liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
Customers should ensure the shipping address is secure and accurate before placing an order
